At Passmores we are committed to the highest possible standards in everything that we do. We believe that our students need to be helped and supported to help them to be the best that they can be at all times. In order to help us all to achieve this goal we have in place a rigorous system of both rewards and sanctions. Students who do the right thing deserve to be rewarded for their effort in the same way as they will be given sanctions when they do the wrong thing. Through this joined up approach of 'carrot and stick' we hope that all young people at Passmores will learn the values of commitment, community and integrity that will be vital for them to be successful in their whole life.
