Frederick's Pastries

Frederick's Pastries now offers gluten-less products for our customers. We say "gluten-less" because we still have flour within our bakery, but we have created special products that do not contain gluten. Our unique blend of gluten-less ingredients and a long process of trial and error have allowed us to provide a delicious selection of gluten-less baked goods that are entirely indistinguishable from regular baked goods. Our selection includes our NEW golden vanilla and rich chocolate cakes and cupcakes, chocolate chunk cookies, macaroons, our famous pecan diamonds, and our gluten-less cake cups!
