We source our ingredients from all around the world in order to achieve some of the most technically innovative products available on the market today. This has earned our lead R&D chef an honorary degree from the IFT for advancements made in food chemistry. Our R&D team is composed of world class chefs, with classical French patisserie training, who develop products to the utmost standards in the industry.
