Professional Air Traffic Controllers Organization
PATCO has a well established and proven track history as a solidarity labor union that fights for air traffic controllers and the profession. It is because of this history and solidarity of its members, that the controllers in the FAA have their benefits of today, such as premium pay, training pay and a 20 year ATC retirement, etc. Without the action of PATCO and its members, these changes within the FAA would have never happened.
