Once Patella is welcomed to the team, we provide a detailed project schedule and subsequently review the shop drawings with the Design Team if so requested. We also provide a detailed cost analysis, comprehensive sequencing schedule, and value engineering suggestions. Our team meets regularly with all related trades to ensure the architects' vision is fully coordinated and implemented. Next, the architect selects the flitches and finishes and fabrication begins. The woodwork is produced by one of the most advanced manufacturing plants in North America and follows the highest standards of premium woodwork construction, even when not specified. Then, after our thorough quality control inspection, installation begins under the watchful eyes of Patella's Woodworking Project Manager and Project Superintendent. Once installation is complete, your beautiful woodwork is ready for the world to admire. Patella conducts a final walkthrough and documents and corrects any imperfection.
