Pattillo Construction offers in-house design as part of our Design-Build services. Pattillo architects and engineers work with building owners in a collaborative effort to determine the needs and purpose for the new facility. Their goal is to design a building that is not only functional but is efficient and will meet the owner's pre-determined budget. Once the function of the building is determined, our architects produce design drawings that will allow the project team of structural, civil, MEP and process engineers to define their scope and work to meet the budget set forth by the owner. Pattillo will overlap the permit process with design in an effort to begin construction as soon as possible to reduce costs to the owner and minimize project risk. Pattillo Construction Corporation has a long history of completing quality Design-Build projects that save owners time and money by eliminating the time it takes for an architect to produce a full set of bid documents and then put those out for bid before any budget is addressed or any permitting can begin.
