PattyMac Inc. was founded in 2008 by owner, Steve MacDonald. Steve's Vision behind starting PattyMac was to provide the Muskoka cottage or homeowner a service that could manage all of their property needs. In 2010 PattyMac Inc. teamed with Traditional Muskoka Homes and began offering building and construction services. Traditional Muskoka Homes owner, Steve Thompson and his team have been building luxury cottages, boathouses, and homes for more than 30 years in the Muskoka area. Over the last 8 years PattyMac has grown to be one of the largest companies of its kind in the Muskoka region. PattyMac prides itself on designing, building and maintaining luxury Muskoka cottages, homes and estates.
