Pavia Real Estate Services, LLC was founded by Dominic Pavia in 2007, after he spent eight successful years in the commercial real estate brokerage business with a large firm in Syracuse, New York. Dominic Pavia had the vision to expand beyond facilitating traditional sale and lease transactions and provide a complete range of sales, leasing, consulting, development, and management services. With a large portfolio of property listings and clients throughout New York State's Mohawk Valley and Southern Tier, Pavia Real Estate Services is prepared to fulfill all commercial real estate requirements. In 2014 we expanded our Commercial Division by becoming licensed in Pennsylvania. PaviaReal Estate Residential, LLC is an extension of Pavia Real Estate Services which was founded and operated by Tina Pavia. Tina owned and operated a local business for 15 years before transitioning into the real estate market. She has been a licensed real estate agent for the past 14 years and has spent the last 8 years serving as the office manager for Pavia Real Estate Services. Under her direction she has managed the day to day operations and marketing strategies for the top commercial real estate company in the area under direction of Dominic Pavia. Our residential division is a member of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) which maximizes the visibility of your property to potential purchasers.
