We also focus on the mental health of every dog in our care. We are always 100% open and honest with our customers as to each dog's well-being both mentally and physically while in our care. It is important to know that all dogs simply are not suited for daycare or boarding. This absolutely does NOT mean they are a bad dog! :) This simply means certain situations stress them out such as group play or being confined in a Private Suite. If we see a dog that is in distress, we will immediately find a solution for that dog. If we cannot find a solution, we will notify the owners immediately. Putting each dog's physical and mental health as a top priority is simply something we will not apologize for as this is what makes us different and allows us to offer the highest quality of care for your dog.
