During the encounter, the E&M CodeComplier continually analyzes the encounter documentation generated by the patient's and physician's use of the PrimeCare System. Using the 1997 HCFA guidelines, the CodeComplier automatically computes the proper E&M coding level. PrimeCare's distribution map is founded on the development of a strong value-added reseller channel. In addition, PrimeCare will consider OEM, private label and licensing relationships to the extent that these associations will not conflict with PrimeCare's reseller program.
