PCC is a high quality concrete construction company serving Central Virginia and the Shenandoah Valley. Piedmont Concrete Contractors was founded in 1997 to offer concrete construction services to contractors in our market area. Our roots in concrete construction exceed 60 years. We employ between 30 and 50 tradesman depending on our workload. Our crews are all local, full-time employees - not temporary or piece workers.
