PC Expertz was born out of a vision of providing companies of Trinidad and Tobago with the IT solutions they required to give them the competitive advantage to efficiently achieve their goals. As a result, these companies eliminated the overhead costs associated with in-house IT personnel. The inconvenience associated with IT staff turnover and re-training of new IT personnel no longer affected these organisations . Pc Expertz helps its clients to improve organisational and individual performance by managing their IT infrastructure, along with the provision of expert IT support and advice. We then launched our Web Design division shortly after as the advent of new technologies, increase in bandwidth of Trinidad's ISPs and increase in the use of mobile devices, offered new opportunities for local businesses in Trinidad and Tobago. Our Design division provides online solutions, ranging from domain name registration, web design, e-mail hosting, virtual server hosting, to the implementation and management of online marketing strategies. The launch of the Pc Expertz Computer Repair Centre in 2011 has been a major milestone as we boast a fully equipped computer lab which allows for repairs to all major brands of computers, laptops, mobile phones and electronic items. This facility allows for the testing of new technologies in a controlled environment, before implementation. Our experience and reputation has also allowed us to develop relationships with all the major manufacturers of equipment relating to IT infrastructure. We have recently completed our 3rd year of operations with a successful 99.4% repair rate with client machines. Pc Expertz Limited has once again evolved and implemented a cloud based monitoring and remote support (virtual technician) solution to increase the efficiency of providing even faster technical support to our clients in various industries in Trinidad and Tobago. We now have the capabilities for immediate, secure and efficient technical response in minutes in addition to the 24 hour monitoring of our client's critical IT infrastructure. Pc Expertz is in the process of launching its Security Division in mid 2013. We will be offering a number of solutions for CCTV systems, access controls, perimeter control systems and non lethal crowd control technologies. We are one of the few companies in Trinidad and Tobago with the technology and capability to repair the majority of CCTV cameras, alarms and DVR systems.
