He is a licensed structural engineer (S.E.) and a licensed civil engineer (P.E.) in the state of California. He has designed various type of structures throughout the United States for more than 25 years, including residentials, retail stores, industrial, commercial, office buildings, multi-tenant residentials, parking structures, churches and schools. He has worked with architects who are LEED accredited professionals and considers green design in his projects.
