PCSG has successfully supported some of the UK's leading water sector contractors. We have worked on more than ten significant water sector tenders during the past five years including AMP5 and AMP6 capital works programmes as well as tenders for the Thames Tideway improvement scheme. We have also provided specialist help preparing teams for behavioural assessments which are an increasingly common feature of procurement in this sector. Thames Water Infrastructure Alliance: We helped a UK based JV to secure £500m of maintenance and repair works in London and the Thames Valley by providing bid strategy, writing and review services. Thames Water AMP5 and AMP6: We supported various major contractors on several projects under the AMP5 and AMP6 frameworks with services ranging from bid management and co-ordination to bid writing. Thames Tideway Lee Tunnel: We provided bid management, writing and review services to the international contractor JV that successfully bid for this £635m sewage overflow tunnel in London. Anglian Water AMP6: We guided our client through several stages of this £12m programme. Our work included providing innovative responses, bespoke CVs and behavioural assessment workshops.
