PDC was founded in 1982 to provide MRI siting solutions to the rapidly growing MRI market. As demand for the latest diagnostic imaging innovation continued, PDC developed the relocatable Cassette® and Entrée® suite buildings to speed imaging innovation to market, simplify project development and improve patient care. Nearly 30 years later, under the direction of the same independent owners, PDC remains committed to improving the MRI experience - MRI siting to EMI shielding service and patient care. Most recently, PDC developed LED Lighting Systems for MRI and the Caring MR Suite to help alleviate patient anxiety and improve the MR scan procedure. In the late 1980s, PDC founded an Aseptic Filling Systems division to provide innovative medical filling technology to the biopharmaceutical market. Following years of development, testing and validation by leading biopharmaceutical companies, PDC today manufactures aseptic filling systems to improve the final fill process, at a fraction of the cost of fixed stainless steel and manifold filling systems.
