Established in 1985, Precision Doors & Hardware, LLC has built a reputation as the "go to" supplier of commercial doors, frames, hardware and Division 10 specialties. With an "Always Putting the Customer First" philosophy, Precision Doors & Hardware has grown from a small single location with a handful of employees to today's seven locations and over 157 employees, serving the mid-Atlantic region. Our employees are the key to our success. Technical expertise, unwavering customer focus and years of experience make a Precision employee truly the "Best of the Best." Each of our facilities complements our staff. Each location has a custom hollow metal and wood door shop; on-site locksmith services, and the area's largest inventory. All of our branches offer complete installation and Division 10 specialties. Precision Doors' experienced technical sales representatives are available to field-survey any project you have. Regardless of the size or location of the job, you can contact the closest branch and a sales representative will come out, survey your job and make recommendations at no charge. Our Contract Department provides a complete range of services, from estimates to punch lists. Our project managers participate in the latest industry training in ADA regulations, LEEDs Green Building requirements and Electronic Security and Access Control. Many of our Project Managers have literally decades of experience, and have attained the AHC credential, designating them certified Architectural Hardware Consultants by the Door and Hardware Institute. We are very proud to have been awarded the Door and Hardware Sub-Contractor of the Year for the years 2000-2002 and 2004-2010 by the Washington DC Chapter of the ABC. In May of 2010, Precision Doors & Hardware, LLC, was purchased by The Cook & Boardman Group, LLC, a commercial door and hardware company headquartered in Winston Salem, NC.
