Peachnote

Peachnote was founded by Vladimir Viro in 2007. The first publicly released project, the Sheet Music Search Engine and Ngram Viewer, has been published in 2011. For this work Vladimir Viro received in May 2011 a Google Research Award, and later became a co-recipient of an MIT-Germany Seed Fund grant 2011-2012. In 2012 Peachnote released the Peachnote Viewer that has been used by millions of people across the globe. In 2013 Peachnote was granted the EXIST funding from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi) and the European Social Fund and organized the first Munich Music Hackday in collaboration with the MIT. In 2014 Peachnote incorporated as Peachnote GmbH and released the Peachnote App for Android. Peachnote is a user member of the European Grid Infrastructure project.
