However, PeakHunter.com will endeavor to keep the PeakHunter web site constantly available. The members are exclusively responsible for the execution and fulfillment of the contracts they enter into with each other. PeakHunter.com is not liable if no contact is made between the members via the PeakHunter web site in connection with such a contract. In addition, PeakHunter.com is not liable for members' breaches of obligations from the contracts entered into between the members.
