Peak Personnel Inc was founded in 1981 by Linda Gossett, RN. Linda realized that the quality of care in the Rockford community at that time was less than desirable. Her desire was to deliver the best possible quality of care to those needing nurses and also allow nurses to work flexible schedules so they could maintain quality family time. The ability to deliver high quality care and flexible staffing schedules for our employee is what makes Peak successful today. Our business has expanded to include offices in Rockford and Rock Falls, and offers services in Northern Illinois, Southern Wisconsin and Eastern Iowa. Today, Linda remains the President of Peak Personnel. Our commitment to quality is demonstrated in several ways. First, through our adherence to laws and regulations that govern companies like ours. Peak employees are personally interviewed, checked for references and background, and completely bonded and insured. Peak maintains the following licenses in Illinois: Home Health Agency License, Nurse Agency License, and a Private Employment Agency License. Finally, we are a member of the Rockford Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau. Our services are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
