This tool allows us to plan, manage, and monitor their ACD operation by collecting statistics on the performance of the network configuration and personnel. In addition, it generates payroll files. The service also offers a range of additional contact center applications integrated into the hosted platform, providing customers with advanced features. We deploy the clients' existing applications to the home based agents so, normally, no application developments or changes are required. All relevant firewall and security issues are addressed at the earliest stage of client discussions. Agents are supplied with PEAK-Prostaffing workstations which allow access only to our managed network and your client systems. These pc's are remotely managed and secured using network security products.
