Peak Resources, Inc., founded in North Carolina in 1999, is a family owned and operated company who strives to provide the community with quality rehabilitation and nursing services. Peak Resources offers extensive rehabilitation programs to give every patient all of the resources available to enjoy a comfortable and independent life once they return home. They also provide end of life care, with a focus on providing families with support and coping strategies. Each of the seven facilities boast a continuous education program for all of their staff members to ensure the highest caliber of care for patients. Peak Resources' corporate leadership team is dedicated to visiting each facility on a weekly basis to make sure all sites are in compliance with all regulations.
