P4-Center For Youth & Independent Culture, Varaždin

P4 (Pečetri) is a networking space or platform for creative expression, non-formal education, cultural development and leisure activities. Pečetri (P4) is the center for youth and independent culture... which is managed by the City of Varaždin, together with the association of young people Varaždin Underground Club (V.U.K.). This is the beginning of the development of collaborative management of the Pečetri public building (P4) and free program use of the space. Pečetri (P4) space is public and rooms are available for use to all interested parties that develop programs targeted youth and independent culture, as well as P4 has non-commercial nature.
