The Peel Medical Practice

The Peel Medical Practice is committed to providing high-quality end of life care. The Practice signed up to the Gold Standards Framework in 2004 and works with our Community Nurses, Rapid Response, Community Matrons and St Giles Hospice, to enable patients with any terminal condition, not just cancer, to be cared for in a place of their choosing.
