Founding partners Jerry Peisner and Andy Johnson met while they both held management positions at Arthur Andersen, where they eventually realized they could better solve clients' state tax problems on their own. We are the largest CPA firm in the country that limits its practice solely to state and local tax consulting. Because of this focus, we have developed a deep understanding of state tax issues.
