Since 1970 Peka Kroef has been developing a new market segment with freshly cooked then chilled potatoes. We process potatoes into two semi-finished products: chilled short shelf life products and chilled long shelf life products. We are certainly innovative in this respect, but for us innovation is not a goal in itself. We innovate in order to constantly develop new recipes, products and production methods so that we can constantly improve the service we offer our clients, whether at their request or because we recognise market needs - as only a specialist can.
