Town of Penetanguishene

The Penetanguishene Public Library serves as an access point for current information on community organizations, issues and services. Notices and posters displayed on the community bulletin board are subject to the following stipulations : 1. Material for posting or distribution within the library must be deposited at the circulation desk for prior approval. 2. All display material advertising commercial endeavors must be specifically related to the objectives of the library and subject to the Chief Executive Officer's approval. 3. The Board need not support the aims and objectives of the group whose material is on display. 4. The Board may reserve the right to refuse to display the material submitted. 5. All approved displays are subject to available space. 6. All articles on display will be left at the owner's risk. 7. The library does not accept responsibility for the loss, defacement or return of materials to organizations or individuals. 8. No sales or soliciting activities are permitted in the library except those of a special local community nature or those co-sponsored by the library and authorized by the Chief Executive Officer.
