PENFIELD, INC. is a full service real estate appraisal company. We have been providing appraisal services since 1983. Currently we have five fulltime, licensed, Certified General and Certified Residential real estate appraisers in our office, who prepare appraisals throughout the Metropolitan area and its surrounding areas including Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Goodhue, Hennepin, Isanti, Ramsey, Rice, Scott, Sherburne, Washington and Wright Counties. Several of our senior appraisers are also licensed in Wisconsin and perform appraisals primarily in Pierce, Polk, and Saint Croix Counties. We are fully bonded and insured. We are FHA approved and are members of the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers, Foundation of Real Estate Appraisers, and the National Association of Realtors - Appraisal Section. Our experience in the appraisal field has taught us the need for precise and accurate data when conducting appraisals, as well as the swift completion of all reports, addenda, etc. Our reports provide defensible values that stand up under scrutiny. In addition, our analysis are reported in a manner that clients can understand. Subsequent to filing your report, your appraisal representative will work with you to ensure your complete understanding of all findings. Our residential real estate division specializes in single family residences, condos, and 2-4 unit residential properties. Our services to private party buyer and seller services include PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance) removal and estate valuation.
