Peninsula Roofing
Peninsula Roofing Company was founded in 1947 by Salisbury businessman Wallace Messick. In 1968 it was purchased by the late Herbert Fincher, a former Westinghouse executive and prominent civic leader in the Salisbury area. In 1988, ownership was transferred to Herb's daughters, Kathryn Fahey and Laurie Nosworthy. Today Peninsula Roofing Company has over 50 employees and performs commercial and residential roofing work in Eastern Shore Maryland, Virginia, and Delaware. Our projects range from small homes to large buildings such as the Ocean City Convention Center. In addition to our commercial and residential divisions, we also have a service division dedicated to small projects and quick response repairs. The Peninsula management team is dedicated to following the example of Herb Fincher's leadership. We emphasize quality of workmanship, safety, and honesty in our relationships with our customers, employees, vendors, and suppliers. We also believe it is our responsibility to serve the community in which we live. Our employees are active in various civic organizations, and we provide corporate support for numerous organizations and causes.
