We offer month to month leases, meaning no contracts and no commitment. Additionally, our facilities offer discounts for long term storage, so if you know the amount of time you will be storing you can save by prepaying your rent. When can I get to my belongings? Your storage unit may always be accessed between 6am and 10pm. Should you require access after these hours, just ask our friendly staff and we will accommodate your needs. Will my belongings be safe? To keep your belongings safe and secure, we offer state-of-the-art security that includes 24 hour videotaped surveillance, electronic gate access, good lighting and individual door alarms. Do you provide protection? We provide tenant protection through Secure Lease Protection. We highly recommend you purchase protection to protect your items. How much notice do I need to give to move out? We require a 7 days written notice to move out. Full details on the vacating policy will be provided for you at the time of move-in. Do you prorate my move out? Billing is done on your anniversary of your move-in date. Rent is never prorated or refunded. Tenants must vacate the storage unit no later than the anniversary date in order to avoid being charged for the next month. Do you offer boxes and packing supplies? We offer a wide variety of store merchandise including boxes and packing supplies. You may also have materials shipped to your door. Are drive-up units available? Yes. We have plenty of traditional drive-up units as well as unique climate controlled drive-up units with insulated doors. These convenient drive-up units allow you to load and unload your storage items directly from your vehicle into your unit. What are climate controlled units? Climate controlled units protect your belongings from extreme weather conditions. These units are temperature controlled providing heat during the colder months and air conditioning during the summer. How can I make a payment? Payments can be processed by mail, by credit card over the phone, or in our office. You may also arrange to have your payment automatically deducted from your credit card.
