Your PEO Partner was born in 2012, when long time business partners, Evan Collart and David Siracusa saw a new need arise in the PEO world. Putting their 15 plus years of experience to work, they determined that they had a revolutionary idea. The concept came to them as they watched an amazing transformation taking place in their very own industry. In 2011 as the market began to harden, the two entrepreneurs witnessed a new phenomenon. Property and Casualty agents, many of whom had shunned the PEO world for years, were rapidly being drawn into the unfamiliar world of Employee Leasing. As agents were attempting to place their client's in standard market policies, they were finding the market drying up faster and faster as the world continued to suffer in a difficult economic environment. When turned down for policies, many agents found themselves being offered PEO arrangements by many of the same carriers who had rejected their clients in the standard market. While this turned out many times to be a boon for both the client and the agent, the two young PEO brokers found that many times it turned out to be a curse. Agents who knew little to nothing about an environment that they had never embraced before were now attempting to manuveur through the many different PEO options that were available. Evan and David quickly realized that what was necessary was something akin to a full-service Marketing Group Agency typically found in the standard market for traditionally non-leasing agents to get quotes, forms, have access to many different PEO's, and most importantly, to have access to the knowledge that Evan and David's team bring with it.
