People Analyst is an early stage startup that has set out to help organizations get faster results with People Analytics. At the heart of People Analyst is a founder from the original Google People Analytics team and a phenomenal advisor panel that combines expertise in: behavioral science, data science, technology, business, AND HR. We strive to produce business outcome-oriented, scientifically credible and useful insights from HR Analytics connecting specialties of behavioral science, statistics, technology and business strategy. The right perspective, the right team and a service orientation will allow us to produce HR Analytics results at higher quality, faster, for less money, and with a higher probability of success than trying to go it alone in house or with any packaged "solution". The immediate goal of People Analyst is to help HR teams get out of the tyranny of now - building credibility, capacity to be bold, and vision - with a math and science based approach to Human Resources and a tenacious focus on business outcomes. We take data from Human Resource departments and return insights to help make better decisions about people that result in better outcomes, solving for specific problems - for example like: "How do we reduce turnover of high performing employees in key roles? And we do this quickly, without the massive overhead of a complete B/I architecture or "Big Data" project. In the metaphor of the armed forces, if those things are the aircraft carrier and the destroyer, we are something like Seal Team 6.
