Formed in 2000, it is based in Belfast and Enniskillen and managed by experienced HR consultants Noel Jones and Gerry Ward. A graduate of UUJ with a Certificate in Law and a Diploma in Employment Law from QUB. Worked for an employers' organisation for 14 years representing member companies in trade union negotiations and employment tribunals. More than 20 years in a senior HR position with an international manufacturer, responsibilities included disputes resolutions, conciliation agreements, job evaluation, policies and procedures, total compensation, trade union negotiations and employee relations. Noel Jones, a graduate of QUB with a Diploma in Personnel Management and a MSc in Manpower Studies from UUJ. Director with People Services Ltd. A Human Resource Professional with 36 years' experience in both service and manufacturing sectors, with strong strategic and operational background. Provided leadership for the full spectrum of people-related initiatives for some of Northern Ireland's leading companies both at home and for global operations including India, Brazil, China, Hong Kong and North America. A member of the Labour Relations Agency's Arbitration Scheme Panel and a Panel Member of the Industrial and Fair Employment Tribunals for over 25 years.
