Percival Aviation

Percival Aviation

Percival Aviation was founded in 1978 by Keith Percival, starting out as marketing representatives for overseas companies wishing to expand their sales activities into the UK. Keith recognised opportunities to expand the company into manufacturing and started delivering his own niche products in 1990 to the airlines, gaining CAA Approval to support this venture. In 1993 a dedicated purpose built facility was commissioned to support the growing manufacturing side of the business. When Keith died in 1994, his son Neil Percival took over the running of the company and continued to increase the capabilities and number of products being manufactured. After the acquisition of the Britax Contour Ltd manufacturing facility in Poole in the spring of 2000, the decision was taken in 2002 to move to a modern 22,000 sq ft manufacturing facility based on the south coast of England in Segensworth, Hampshire. This facility has allowed Percival Aviation to consolidate all corporate and manufacturing activities under one roof and today houses approximately fifty staff, engaged in the design, manufacture and maintenance of aircraft cabin interior products. A dedicated workforce combined with strong management has helped Percival Aviation grow into a truly international company, accredited with all the necessary airworthiness and quality approvals to allow supply of products to airlines all over the globe.
