Perennial Vacation Club

Perennial Vacation Club

Perennial Vacation Club was founded in 1980 as the first member-owned and managed vacation club. The idea was radical: members should be able to go where they want, when they want, rather than being stuck with a fixed week at a fixed location. Our original resort was in Lake Tahoe. From there, we expanded to four additional home locations and added exchange opportunities all around the world (we're affiliated with around 5,000 organizations). Our members currently come from all 50 states and 17 different countries. One of our priorities is always the careful maintenance and improvement of our home resorts, not only for the use of our members, but to boost the value of our exchanges with other resorts. Since 1988, Perennial Vacation Club has been managed by Judge Laurence Wayne. Judge Wayne purchased a membership in 1983 and joined the board of directors while still a member of the Texas judiciary, where he served for 17 years. As the club's CEO and President, he ensures that our mission statement guides every decision: "Our mission, accomplished through teamwork, is to create vacations that enrich our members' lives." What you will discover about Perennial Vacation Club: Uniqueness Unlike other vacation ownership programs, our club is member-owned and member-managed. With no developer, we eliminate the developer profit and high marketing costs. We offer no special gifts if you purchase… just the most attractive price imaginable.
