Established for 11 years, we are based in Brisbane, working nationally and internationally in a broad range of industry sectors. ince our inception emotional intelligence has been central to the work being developed at Performance Frontiers; emotional awareness and emotional acuity being pivotal to the success and effectiveness of individuals and teams within the workplace. We believe that developed emotional intelligence is fundamental and foundational to organisational well being and high performance. Managing Director, Gretel Bakker, founded the company with the idea that merging knowledge derived from the behavioural sciences with arts based practices in the field of adult learning could inform and transform creative thinking and positive change in organisations. As a thought leader in this field, Gretel's work enabled the company to lead the way in creating transformational change in organisations. Hence the name Performance Frontiers (PF). We are a diverse team with a unique range of skills derived from the fields of: the creative industries, education, business and the behavioural sciences. We are passionate about creating sustainable futures for people at an individual, organisational and societal level. We are committed to working with diversity and as such connect with a large group of associates based in a number of communities of practice throughout the world, including: artists, calligraphers, statisticians, scientists, researchers, film-makers, academics and musicians. As a company of passionate and committed designers and facilitators our focus is to bring out the full potential of people in their organisations to achieve a balance between individual happiness, value for clients, wealth for stakeholders and consideration for the wider community. Our goal is to develop individuals, organisations and communities in such a way that they become more visionary, creative, and highly responsible in their behaviours and actions towards others and towards the planet as a whole.
