Performetrix UK ltd was established in 2005 by Errol Matthews to realise his vision to provide an all encompassing Balanced Scorecard tool; a tool that would communicate a company's values and goals across the full business hierarchy. Having spent over 25 years in organisational development consultancy, Errol appreciated the problems a company had in maintaining its Balanced Scorecard goals once established. The business champion needed something to help them maintain momentum and enthusiasm with the project. The initial product, The Captains Wheel, focussed on the Balanced Scorecard model This system has now been expanded to encompass the need to manage suppliers and satisfy customers and is now branded as PM3X. We have established a loyal group of customers with whom we work closely and have maintained consistent growth year on year. We remain a small UK based development company and pride ourselves on providing both a high level of customer service and a fair value product.
