Permoid Industries Limited was incorporated in Great Britain on March 1st, 1985 for the purpose of taking over the assets of Permoid Limited. The business was transferred by a sale agreement in April 1985, and the business, which had been in existence since 1942, was maintained at Newton Aycliffe. The Company is based on a 6.5 acre freehold site on the Aycliffe Industrial Estate in Co.
