Perry Engineering was formed by Ferman Perry in 1951 to provide site development services in the Winchester, Virginia area. Since it's inception the company has grown steadily to service a much larger geographical area and expand the scope of services provided, including the public sector. With 60 years experience in general site development for industrial, commercial, residential, and civil public works, we at Perry Engineering Company, Inc., have dedicated our efforts to satisfying the needs of our customers.
