Petrocon was established in 2014 having over 10 years experience in the Petrochemical industry. We have since grown rapidly and have had the priveledge to become one of the major role players in the industry. Our main focus being maintenance and construction, we provide quality expert service, products and advice in the retail and commercial sectors with the bulk of our work at retail service stations. Petrocon Maintenance and Petrocon Projects are both part of ProFuel Holdings (Pty) Ltd which is a Level 2 BEE Contributor, with the enterprise being 51% black owned, 41% black women owned. Petrocon Projects and Petrocon Maintenance have a BEE rating of Level 2 and Level 3 respectively. See our business structure here. Petrocon uses only qualified engineers and technicians, permit issuers and holders, armed with safety passports and experience to carry out any work that covers construction, installation and maintenance on depots, retail fuel stations, commercial sites and industrial installations. Petrocon is registered with the Construction Industry Development Board. We are hereby part of a framework that focuses on: Sustainable growth, capacity development and empowerment. Improved industry performance and best practice. A transformed industry, underpinned by consistent and ethical procurement practices. Petrocon is also part of the Local Contractors Safety Council which aims to: Promote, develop and implement HSSE activities and also contribute to the community. Provide feedback to the Global Contractor Safety Council so that their experiences and initiatives could be shared with other markets. Establish the HSSE mindset, behavior, culture, new initiatives and innovations at contractors to achieve Goal Zero - no harm to people, assets, environment and reputation We are committed to safety regardless of our job descriptions or levels of responsiblity. With our head office based in Roodepoort, we have the capacity to serve all regions in Southern Africa.
