Founded in 1993, P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. owns and operates two restaurant concepts in the Asian niche. P.F. Chang's China Bistro features a blend of high-quality, traditional Chinese cuisine with attentive service in a high-energy, contemporary bistro setting. Pei Wei Asian Diner offers a menu of fresh, high-quality Asian cuisine and provides a comfortable, quick-casual dine-in experience as well as the flexibility, speed and convenience of take-out service.
