These brands are all trademarks of Pro Food Systems, Inc. (PFSbrands). Champs Chicken uses a unique "business-within-a-business" franchise model. Cooper's Express is built on a simple supply agreement. While both programs feature no upfront franchise fees and no ongoing royalty fees, they each have a unique set of benefits. The newest addition, BluTaco, is a quick-serve "build-to-order" Mexican bar franchise featuring tacos, bowls and burritos with a southwest flair. The company distributes its branded products out of its 92,000-sq. ft. corporate headquarters and national distribution center located in Holts Summit, Missouri. With over 1,500 branded locations in 40 states, the company was ranked by INC. Magazine as one of the "Fastest Growing Privately-Held Companies in the USA" for 9 consecutive years.
