Palmetto Grading & Drainage, Inc. is headquartered in the heart of the upstate, Spartanburg, South Carolina. Palmetto performs work across South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. Palmetto is dedicated to staffing every project with the management, supervision and craftsmen required to assure proper execution of the assigned scope of work. Palmetto has been recognized for our professional services by SCDOT and the Spartanburg Housing Authority.
