Our architects [@av.architects] have designed dozens of private, commercial and residential projects around the world. Along with our construction team [av-construction.kz] they are about to commission the first phase of a brand new district in the very heart of the city of Almaty (Kazakhstan). The two adjacent developments called Esentai City [esentai-city.kz] and Esentai River Townhouse [esentai-river.kz] are spread across 47 hectares and will create an alternative city center that will accommodate more than 1,500 families and 100+ businesses.
