Pädagogische Hochschule Karlsruhe

The Karlsruhe University of Education was founded in its present form in 1962. With around 3,700 students and 180 scientists working in academia, the university is characterized by a high level of research and teaching. The university combines a solid basic education for teachers of different school levels, basic qualifications for people who want to be active in other areas of education, as well as professional training and services with research and development at a high level. A special profile is the European e-learning center, which has existed since 1999, in the target languages of English and French.
