PhillyCAM Studios

As the non-profit designated by the City of Philadelphia to operate public access, PhillyCAM cablecasts a diverse range of locally-produced television programs promoting neighborhood news and community events, regional arts and cultural events, and youth-initiated programs. PhillyCAM provides residents and community organizations access to media-making tools, training and opportunities for interaction between communities.
