We offer experienced and fully trained support staff, we aim to look after our staff so they can support others in the best possible way. As a company we are committed to improving the lives of the staff we employ as well as the people we support. We are working with the Kent Healthy Business Scheme within KCC and we are proud to have achieved the standards required to say we are a Healthy Business. But we are not prepared to stop there, we want to continue to be the best employer for support workers in Kent, we survey our staff to find out what they want us to do and how we can improve the same way we focus on our service users views to improve the support we offer, we use our staff views to improve the conditions and functions they perform.
