PhotoReading was developed by the people at Learning Strategies Corporation. Paul R. Scheele, PhotoReading author, co-founded the company in 1981 as a consulting and training company. It has evolved into a respected private school and premier publisher of self-improvement, education, and health programs. PhotoReading was first developed in 1985 and is now offered in nearly twenty languages.
