PHS West

PHS West, Inc. (VetBiz Certified SDVOSB, Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business) was founded in 1995 by Dan Cummings. Dan honorably served in the US Navy from 1969-1973 as a Petty Officer 3rd Class. He was an Aircraft Mechanic on the USS Ticonderoga Aircraft Carrier during the Vietnam War.
