PIPS have been instrumental in the development of standards of property management services in Phuket and have set up and managed at Surin Springs Estate , an 8-villa and 8-apartment development at Surin Beach , The Coolwater in Kamala, Kamala Hills, Lersuang apartments and villas and Club Lersuang in Bang Tao. PIPS manage individual homes and apartments for owners not based in Phuket.
