PicCollage is created by a team of developers, designers, and lovers of all things tech. They are mobile nerds, animal lovers, soccer fans, and they get a little too excited about iOS updates. They are headquartered in San Francisco with a branch office in Taipei, and are backed by prominent investors such as Floodgate Fund, Freestyle Capital, Quest Venture Parters and 500 Startups.
